About
I turn communities into products: systems that acquire users, keep them, and tell you what to build next. And that keep running after I’ve handed them over.
It started with gaming guilds: rosters, raid nights, recruitment, and the quiet work of keeping people who had never met from drifting apart. Then a bootstrapped design business, where every client arrived through someone who trusted me rather than through an ad.
Community became a profession before the industry had a title for it. Freelance years building the audience alongside the work, then founding teams, turning a group chat, a Discord, or a room of strangers into something with retention curves and a roadmap.
Now it is global ecosystems: regional chapters, volunteer leaders, partner programmes across APAC. The same instinct at a different scale: build the system, teach it to run without me, then hand it over.
